Shipping

All orders will be shipped out from Singapore. Orders (apart from orders under our Bespoke Service) are typically fulfilled and dispatched within 2 business days.

 

Domestic

Regular Shipping. Orders with delivery locations within Singapore will be sent out via local courier, and it takes 2-3 business days to be delivered. Free shipping for Singapore orders above SG$50, and S$5 shipping fee for orders below S$50.

Self Pick-Up. During checkout you can opt for self pick-up, which can be collected on the same day. Please make an appointment with us for self pick-up by emailing us or WhatsApp us with your order number. We are located at 11 Kallang Place #05-06 Singapore 339155 and operate on Mon-Fri, 12pm-7pm.

International

For overseas customers, we ship your order from Singapore via DHL Express. This will typically take 7 working days, depending on the country you are based in. Below is the shipping rate charges based on the delivery location. We provide Free international shipping with orders above US$200 (or its equivalent currency).

At this time, we offer shipping to most countries in South East Asia, New Zealand, Australia, USA and UK only. We are constantly exploring opportunities to expand our shipping capabilities and serve customers around the world. Shipping Cost

We adopt the Delivered duty unpaid (DDU) shipping model due to the number of countries we ship to and the complicated tax rates. Relevant import duties and further local transportation cost may be applicable to be paid when the parcel reaches your country. Our shipping provider, DHL, will typically contact you to collect the relevant fees (if any) before the parcel is released for local shipping. 

Tracking

To keep you informed every step of the way, we provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment online. You can easily monitor the status of your delivery and anticipate its arrival.
